My Story
I’m Marshall Rapp, owner and lead mover at Great Moving & Packing. I’ve been moving families, seniors, pianos, and households across Southwest Florida for over fifteen years — not as a company statistic, but as the person on the truck every single day.
After years of working for larger operations, I started Great Moving and Packing Inc. because I saw too many rushed jobs and damaged belongings. I wanted to build something different: a true one-truck, owner-operated company where the person you talk to on the phone is the same person who shows up with the padding and straps.
My philosophy is simple and non-negotiable: every piano, every heirloom dresser, every box of a senior’s memories deserves the same care I would give my own family. That’s where our slogan comes from — “We Pack It, Stack It, But NEVER Crack It!”
